Gift Card Details
The $300 gift card will be provided either in physical or digital form.
Approved claims will be processed, and gift cards will be issued within 15 business days of submission.
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Company Rights
NOVA Mounting reserves the right to verify eligibility for all claims.
Claims may be rejected if they do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if fraudulent or dishonest conduct is suspected.
NOVA Mounting reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
NOVA Mounting is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected claims.
The company shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from participation in the promotion.
Marketing and Public Use of Photos
You grant NOVA Mounting and its affiliates the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display any photos or images submitted as part of this promotion in any and all media, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials, for promotional and marketing purposes without any further notice or compensation. You further confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any photos or images submitted, and you release NOVA Mounting from any claims or liabilities arising out of the use of such photos or images.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that NOVA Mounting has the final say on any disputes or issues related to the promotion.
